This course is designed for students who enrolled in the Introduction to Italian class (Tues 7pm) in Winter Session or anyone who has some previous basic knowledge of Italian and does not need an introductory course.

  • Course topics this session: city vocabulary (identifying places in a city, asking for and giving directions, prepositions, present tense of "ere/ire" verbs and continued practice of basic grammar concepts.
  • This course does not require a textbook.

  • Course topics this session: Clothing vocabulary (dialogues and expressions related to shopping in Italy), weather expressions, colors, demonstrative adjectives and idiomatic expressions with fare.
