This course is designed for students who were enrolled in the Spanish Beginner 2 class (Tuesday 6:30 with Matt) in Fall Session 1 (the class title remains the same) or anyone who has previous knowledge of Spanish and does not need an introductory course.

• Course topics this session:  Starting Chapter 7A of Realidades 1 (clothes, shopping, prices, describing plans, talking about wants and preferences) in addition to other digital/multimedia materials provided by the instructor.
• This course uses the textbook Realidades 1. Purchasing a hard copy of the textbook is not required; however, purchasing options will be provided upon request.

Class dates:  October 28, November 4, 11, 18, December 2, 9, 16 (No class on Nov. 25)

This course is designed for intermediate level students.  While using the textbook Realidades 3 to review key grammar concepts and introduce new vocabulary, the course places a strong emphasis on communication. 

Approximately half of each class session is dedicated to student interaction, including sharing personal experiences (such as weekly activities) and asking questions to practice real-life conversations. Through these activities, students strengthen their use of the preterite and imperfect tenses in meaningful, authentic contexts.
